Everything was great! The food is very good, fresh and diversified. The rooms are very clean, every day the towels are changed. The pool is a dream....such warm water we never seen before. And the most special ...the hotel staff. I never ever in my life met such good and kind people. If I would ever return to Grand Viking, this is the main reason. They are very friendly, always smiling, always concerned about their costumers. There are not employers, there is a family. We really felt like we are home. I was very pleased with the hotel. It was practically free considering the money I paid. I have never stayed in such a convenient 4-star hotel before. It was the best 4-star hotel I have ever been to. The staff were very friendly. I want to thank Duygu, the Booking manager of the hotel, for her assistance. I will come again next year.

They really took care of all guests. For me my room was in front of swimming pool. Nice view. They offered me a fruit basket. Which was very nice touch and Carr.

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms . The food was delicious. Thanks to Duygu , very friendly-staff .I learned and loved a Turkish dish called "Tandır."

I dont understand why this property doesnt have a higher score because everything is amazing. The rooms are spacious, very clean and with everything that you need. The food was amazing, numerous types of food. The beverages are good, the ones from the restaurant are bad but you get good ones from the bar. The pool is good and clean, water is not cold because it has sun all day long. The staff are the part that made our stay because they ste very considerate and friendly. They brought us a basket of fruits and drink, they saw i got a cold and brought tea and snacks to our room. We arrives earlier than the check in hour and they put us straight to have breakfast and they finished the room cleaning while we ate. They have buses that take you to the beach, free sun beds to the beach included. Everything was amazing and we will for sure be back next year!

We liked the Hotel, the location, the weather, the staff, office staff very helpful, especially Ali, and Duygu. Overall Five stars, I would go back again.

The personal from the Hotel were very nice and help us a lot in general, example: to find the local beach or showed us the village by car. I was suprize about the prize performance value. This is quite/realy good. The choice of the meals was completele diverse. the drinks from the bar are what you expect. The pool and the area around are in focus from all and not that large, but fine espacialy if you have one smaller kid. Very good was the fell good music, in the backround was never annoying .
